Pricing questions
- Are Medicare and Medicaid priced differently?
- No. Medicare and each state's Medicaid program are $349 per payer, exactly like a commercial plan, from the first. Onboarding and the monthly fee are the same too.
- Is there a minimum number of payers?
- No. Each payer is $349, from the first one. Enroll with one plan or twenty; you pay for the ones you choose, plus $499 onboarding per provider.
- When does the monthly fee start?
- At go-live, the date your first payer enrollment becomes effective, not when you sign. It is $50 per provider per month with a 1-year minimum, and it keeps CAQH, rosters and payer expirables current.
- Do I need the Strategy Session?
- No. Your first call is a free consultation, and that is all most providers need. The $249 Strategy Session with a senior credentialing specialist is optional, for groups and complicated files that want expert answers before hiring us. It is free for clients: the full $249 is credited toward onboarding when you enroll, and the credit never expires.
